On May 16, 2024, the laboratory organized an Opening ceremony. On this occasion, the mayor of Ferizaj Mr. Agim Aliu was present and gave a speech. The promotion was attended by many guests, colleagues, future clients, and many friends of the laboratory.
World Accreditation Day
At the invitation of the Institute for Accreditation of the Republic of North Macedonia (IARNM), the Food & Farm Lab laboratory attended the promotion of the World Accreditation Day. On this occasion, the laboratory accreditation Certificate was officially awarded. On behalf of the laboratory, the certificate was granted to Mr. Bekim Rexhepi, owner of the laboratory, and the certificate was awarded by Mr. Sloboden Cokrevski, director of IARNM.

On May 17, 2024, we had the honor of welcoming Faton Peci, the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Rural Development of the Republic of Kosovo, to our Food & Farm Lab. The Minister's visit was a significant milestone for our laboratory, showcasing our commitment to excellence in food and farm testing. During the visit, Minister Peci toured our state-of-the-art facilities, met with our dedicated team of scientists, and learned about our rigorous testing protocols and advanced technologies. The Minister expressed great interest in our work and praised our efforts in maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

We have the honor to inform you that the Food & Farm Lab laboratory is officially authorized by the Food and Veterinary Agency of Kosovo for testing official samples taken by the Food and Veterinary Agency and self-control samples. This recognition marks a significant advance in our ability to protect food safety and public health, further strengthening our role as a trusted laboratory in the region. Strengthening Academic and Scientific Cooperation!
Today, Food & FarmLab and the State University of Tetova, specifically the Faculty of Food Technology and Nutrition, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The agreement was formalized by the Laboratory Director, Ms. Liza Marevci, and the Dean, Prof. Dr. Xhezair Idrizi, defining objectives for exchanging experiences and developing joint activities in analytical sciences and food technology. This step will help create new opportunities for students and professionals by combining academic expertise with advanced laboratory analyses. 📢 Together for a safer and more innovative future in the food sector!
